Solved braodcast issue and notification issue through manifest changes. Now sends notification however this is not yet fully functioning.

Now calling broadcast receiver however not making it to notifcation may start this on a new thread. Context may also be an issue as receiver restricted context is used.

Further sensor work. Now monitoring and sending broadcast upon change, for accelerometer this might need to be tuned slightly. However no reception of broadcast this may require a rethink for methodlogy.

Changed some services to now use onStartCommand and to stop themselves. Intent not starting service from within sedstim however, may be to do with permissions or actual intent itself.

Further attempts to fix spinner. Narrowed error down to null pointer at setAdapter line either spinner or adapter is null but on debug inspection this doesn't appear to be the case.

Update to design which means services are used instead of standard classes. This also means context can be obtained easily in these classes, however further issues with this solution are still to be resolved, mainly in the stimulus and stimulus strategy areas of the code.

Mid work commit with some sensors possibly implemented and notifications completed. Both are as yet untested.
