Solved braodcast issue and notification issue through manifest changes. Now sends notification however this is not yet fully functioning.

Now calling broadcast receiver however not making it to notifcation may start this on a new thread. Context may also be an issue as receiver restricted context is used.

Further sensor work. Now monitoring and sending broadcast upon change, for accelerometer this might need to be tuned slightly. However no reception of broadcast this may require a rethink for methodlogy.

Changed some services to now use onStartCommand and to stop themselves. Intent not starting service from within sedstim however, may be to do with permissions or actual intent itself.

Fixed spinner issue. Related to using an integer array instead of a string array to create the resource.

Further attempts to fix spinner. Narrowed error down to null pointer at setAdapter line either spinner or adapter is null but on debug inspection this doesn't appear to be the case.

Added notification clicked class which will be the activity when a notification is clicked on. This will also add information to a file stored in external storage containing information about the notification. This will be compiled into statistics following a user trial.

Discovered new sensors which were added as possible strategies.Combinations of these and existing will be used to provide best range of possible strategies for detecting sedentary behaviour. To show framework aspects possibly implement a step counter alone to send notifications on each multiple of 100 steps or at the end of each day? Continued to try to refine the notification setup.

Update to design which means services are used instead of standard classes. This also means context can be obtained easily in these classes, however further issues with this solution are still to be resolved, mainly in the stimulus and stimulus strategy areas of the code.

Mid work commit with some sensors possibly implemented and notifications completed. Both are as yet untested.
